Site") including for the purposes of using the Business Resource Centre,
downloading files from the Site, using the Site's databases, purchasing
products or services (the "Products") from the Site and all and any postings,
emails and other communications made to or using the Site or any services
run by Wordhouse Publishing Group Limited ("Wordhouse") is subject to these
terms and conditions ("the Terms"). By using this website you agree to be
bound by these Terms including any changes or modifications made by Wordhouse
from time to time.

been verified or reviewed by Wordhouse and use and access of such third
party websites is made at your own risk.
- An account name and password is issued to you for access
to the Business Resource Centre section of the website. The password and
account is personal to you and shall not be disclosed to any third party
without Wordhouses's prior written consent. You
are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised
access to your account. You agree to accept all responsibility for all activities
that take place under your account or password.
- You will ensure that the details you provide Wordhouse
with are correct and complete and inform Wordhouse immediately of any changes
to the information that you have provided at registration.

- Wordhouse grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable
right and licence to download a single copy of this Site only to access
and use this Site for your personal use and subject to these Terms. You
may not sub-licence or deal in this Right without Wordhouses's

by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation

Purchasing
- If Products are advertised for sale on the Site it is so
that you may offer to purchase ("Order") for the price stated.
- When you place an order to purchase a Product from us,
we will send you a confirmation e-mail confirming the placement of your
order and the details of it. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase
a product, which is accepted by us when you receive an e-mail confirmation.
That acceptance will be complete at the time we send that dispatch confirmation
to you.
- Wordhouse reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
If we do cancel your order, you will not be charged and where appropriate
we will re-credit to your account by any sum debited by us.
- We list availability and pricing information for all products
sold on the website. Please note that availability and dispatch times are
an estimation, are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon. We will
inform you by e-mail should any product you order become unavailable.
- Wordhouse Publishing Group Limited is not liable for any
accidental pricing errors, and will verify the price in our email confirming
your order.
- All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include V.A.T,
packaging and delivery costs within the United Kingdom.
- Please be aware that any orders from outside the United
Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied at the point of
destination. Any charges of this nature must be borne by you. You should
contact your local customs office before ordering to gain an idea of the
situation in your country. When ordering any product from this website you
are considered to be the importer of record and must comply with all laws
and regulations of the country to which the goods will be sent. You should
be aware that all cross-border deliveries will be subject to opening and
inspection by customs authorities.
- You agree that all notices, agreements, disclosures and
other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal
requirement that such communications be in writing.
- Orders may be processed online, or by phone, using a stated
credit or debit card. The Site does not accept cash, cheque or money order.
- All order details and invoices will be sent to the credit
card billing address and not the shipping address where they differ.
- Please return defective or damaged Products to the Site
at Wordhouse for a full refund or replacement, whenever possible and reasonable.
- If you are unhappy with any Product please return it, with
the dispatch note, unused within 7 days for a full refund. No reason needs
to be given however the Product must be returned in the condition it was
delivered to you in. However, please note you will be responsible for all
posting and packaging costs including the cost of returning the goods.

and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998.
- From time to time Wordhouse may ask for and/or you may

placing an Order or using the Business Resource Centre (including your name,
phone number, postal address, email address, bank, credit card, debit card
and contact details). We may also record which products you are interested
in and which products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns
and site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with
our internal security policy.
- You agree that this data may be used, stored and processed
to improve the operation, administration and development of the Site and
Wordhouse; to process orders and improve Wordhouse's service, for identification purposes as well
as for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes but only in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998. In particular, you agree that Wordhouse
may use the information or parts of it to:
- process your Order;
- notify you about Wordhouse features and/or events or related
activities that you may find useful;
- share this data with other reputable companies from time
to time both within and outside the European Union who, together with
Wordhouse or not, may use the information or parts of it to occasionally
broadcast it or notify you about Wordhouse events or related activities

- From time to time we also monitor and record telephone

- If you do not want Wordhouse to collect or process your

we have data about you that is incorrect please write to Wordhouse at the
address below and the information will be corrected as soon as possible
or removed from our database.

- In Order to improve our service and Site we may use a device
known as a 'cookie'. Cookies are a means by which information relating to
your Internet activity (such as whether you have visited the Site before)
is recorded on your hard drive and used by us to improve Site and the Products
available to you.

Order forms so that you can use the Site with the minimum amount of form

General
- Wordhouse acts as principal on its own account and not
as agent for you or any other person.
- If Wordhouse does not enforce any provision of this agreement
such will not be considered a waiver of any provision or right.
- In the event that any part of these terms and conditions
is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Wordhouse's option be construed as far as possible to
reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will
remain in full force and effect.
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement
between you and Wordhouse and shall apply to the exclusion of all other
terms or conditions of contract which you may purport to propose.
- Since the Site is primarily aimed at the UK Market, Wordhouse
cannot guarantee that it accords with the local laws of any other countries.
- Wordhouse will not be liable in any amount for failure
to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such failure is caused
by the occurrence of any unforeseen contingency beyond the reasonable control
of such party including without limitation Internet outages, communication
outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with English law. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts.
